Vacation time is often regarded as a time to relax, enjoy the scenery and have fun. It’s not uncommon in today’s world to find people at the Beach or amusement park using their phones, computers and other “necessities.” CNN investigated the topic further and they went down south from Ohio with Steve Daly and his family where they stopped for “the world’s best ice cream.”

After they finished up their order, CNN noticed Steve took a quick break to check his email on his phone. Everyone in his family says they constantly bug him about his “email checking habits” but when Daly was questioned about it, he suggested it’s normal and it helps him enjoy his vacation even further.Daly is 39-years-old and he commented that “The anxiety is just not knowing – so being able to check the inbox to see what’s going on, if anything, is what allows me to relax.”
